Late Payment Policy

All installment payments will be made via automatic draft on a monthly basis. They will be charged to the card on record with the club member and will continue on the payment plan outlined in the registration process. It is the responsibility of the member to make sure payments are made and account remains in good standing.

If a member account becomes 60 days delinquent at any time, the player will be removed from their team until the account balance is brought back to “current.” The player will not be permitted to practice, play in any games or participate in any tournaments with the team. In addition, the player will not be permitted to register for any additional Junior Seahawks programs until season dues for delinquent account are paid in full.

Should an account refuse to pay, the member/player will be put on the “no play” list. This means that the member/player will not be able to register for any other USA Hockey Organization until account balance is settled/paid in full to the Junior Seahawks.
